Muslim Mahdi Will Rule with Help of Djinn Demons - Bible vs. Islamic Prophecy - Part 7 -- Plus Easter Moments Countdown Days 23 & 22

Here, Joel Richardson discusses more about Muslim expectations concerning their two primary Messiah figures with Adnar Oktar of Istanbul, Turkish Muslim Leader, a controversial television host.

[Joel Richardson narrating on the DVD:] "Mr. Oktar even went to far as to claim that during the time of the Mahdi, humans and Djin, essentially the Muslim version of demons, freely communicate and interact. Mr. Oktar even went to far as to claim that Djin would play a premier role in causing Islam to prevail throughout the world." 

[Joel Richardson speaking to Oktar on the set of the TV show:] "You mentioned that during the time of the Mahdi, that the Djin would freely interact with the humans and that they would be able to freely communicate. Could you explain that in a little more detail?" 

[Adnar Oktar, Turkish Muslim Leader, Television Host as translated and captioned on DVD]: "Yes, the Mahdi will communicate with the djinns. Mahdi is the leader of both djinns and of men. Muslim djinns, djinns that believe in God, will assist the Muslims in making Islam prevail throughout the world."

Here's my recap of some of the twisted lies Muslim believe that we've learned about:

• The Mahdi (Muslim religious / military / political leader) will rule the world from the Temple Mount in Jerusalem,
• He will accomplish this along with the "Muslim Jesus" who will return to earth to tell everyone he never died on the cross and everyone should convert to Islam (something the true Jesus would never say or do)
• and the Mahdi will accomplish all this with help of Djinn which are the Muslim version of demons.

Do not be deceived. Someone called "Jesus" working along side demons to rule the world? This is not the real Jesus. This is pure evil.

The true Jesus is the Light of the World. Evil is darkness. Here's a word from the true Word of God:

What fellowship has light with darkness? What accord has Christ [Jesus] with Belial [Satan]? 

Or what portion does a believer share with an unbeliever? 

What agreement has the temple of God with idols?

Muslims Teach the Lie that Jesus Will Deny the Cross! - Bible vs. Islamic Prophecy - Part 2 -- Plus Easter Moments Countdown Days 33 & 32

In the previous post we started exploring Joel Richardson's DVD End Times Eyewitness: Israel, Islam and the Unfolding Signs of Messiah's Return. Mr. Richardson exposes the lies the religion of Islam teaches regarding the return of Jesus Christ. (Tweet that!)

It's so easy to see the fingerprints of Satan all over how Islam has twisted the End Times prophecies in the Bible. (Tweet that!)

Joel Richardson on his DVD:

"To discuss the Muslim expectations concerning their two primary Messiah figures, I sat down with … Sheikh Ekrima Said Sabri. Sabri is the President of Quranic and Islamic Studies at Al-Quds University in Jerusalem. He is also the son of the former grand [Muhvdi?] in Jerusalem." 

[Sabri speaking, translated in captions on DVD:] "According to our theology, the Mahdi is a righteous man. Almighty God will send him at the end of days in order to fulfill justice during that period of time he will rule, and then he will die. Mahdi is a normal person. It is important to us, that in our faith, if the Mahdi will appear, we will support him. According to our faith, he will meet with Jesus Christ, and Jesus Christ will come at the end of days and they will work together to establish justice in the world." 

[Joel Richardson:] "According to Muslim belief, when Jesus returns he will come back as a Muslim who will deny that he ever claimed divinity or ever claimed to be the Son of God or ever died on a cross.

[Sabri, translated in captions on DVD:] "When Jesus will come back he will break the cross. It is an illustration of denying the events that took place on the cross, and to proclaim to the world that he was never crucified."

Of course none of this is true. None of it.

Islam teaches their Muslim Jesus will return to publicly deny that he ever died on the cross. Ironic, isn't it, that Muslim extremists called the 21 Coptic Christians they beheaded "People of the Cross." (Tweet that!)

Their own testimony of calling these Christians "People of the Cross" shows the lie of their prophetic teachings and reveals they know it's a lie. (Tweet that!)

The Sun Will Be Darkened and the Moon Will Not Give Its Light

I've always found it interesting that Jesus next says "Immediately after…" Obviously End Times events are happening in a specific order and are progressing on a specific timeline. (Tweet that!)

Here's what Jesus says next in Matthew 24:

"Immediately after the anguish of those days, 

     'the sun will be darkened,

     the moon will give no light, 

     the stars will fall from the sky, 

    and the powers in the heavens will be shaken.'" (Matthew 24:29, NLT)

In case you didn't know it, this is a quotation from or reference to Old Testament prophets Isaiah and Joel:

"The heavens will be black above them;

    the stars will give no light.

The sun will be dark when it rises,

    and the moon will provide no light." (Isaiah 13:10, NLT)

The sun and moon grow dark,

We've talked about the sun being darkened and the moon not giving its light before on this blog when we talked about the series of lunar and solar eclipses that we are currently experiencing and are living in the middle of. (Tweet that!)

The first of four lunar eclipses (called a tetrad)*) occurred last April 15^th. Leading up to that I wrote a series of posts about lunar eclipses and why this current series is so interesting and important--especially to the spiritually minded. (Tweet that!) If you haven't read those posts, I'd recommend you catch up on that information. At the bottom of the post on April 15, 2014, there is a list of all the posts in that series on the lunar eclipses. Within this tetrad* (which means these four total lunar eclipses), a solar eclipse will also occur on March 20^th, 2015. We'll talk more about solar eclipses as that one approaches, but we touched on them back in June in a three-part series. You can find links to all three posts here:

The next lunar eclipse, which is the second of the four, will occur in barely over a month on October 8, 2014, which is the first day of the Jewish holy day called the Feast of Tabernacles (also called Sukkot). (Tweet that!) This is:

• the third of the three fall Feasts as well as 
• the last, or 7th, of the seven annual Feasts.

In anticipation of that lunar eclipse, we are going to spend some time in coming posts talking about the three fall Feasts of the LORD. (Tweet that!)

We talked about the three spring Feasts last spring. Those three spring feasts are (click on their links to learn more):

• Passover 
• Unleavened Bread 
• and First Fruits

Jesus also fulfilled the fourth of the seven Feasts, which is Pentecost [link]:

• Pentecost

That means of the seven annual Biblical Feasts, there are three left for us to explore, to learn how Jesus will fulfill them in his second coming, and to celebrate before the year ends. (Tweet that!) These final three annual Feasts of the LORD are: 

• the Feast of Trumpets
• the Day of Atonement
• and the Feast of Tabernacles

This means that, as we've moved into September, the next annual Biblical Feast to occur on the calendar is the Feast of Trumpets, and the trumpet call is actually referred to in the next few verses in Matthew 24. We'll talk about that in the next post. (Tweet that!)

Hallelujah! Jesus is Risen from the Dead on the Feast of Firstfruits

The Feast of Firstfruits occurs within the seven-day Feast of Unleavened Bread, which we touched on yesterday. It is a one-day Feast and occurs on Nisan 16.

The Feast of Firstfruits celebrates the first, early spring harvest.

Jesus was raised from the dead on the Feast of Firstfruits. (Tweet that!)

He is the first of the great harvest of souls from the earth! Hallelujah! Jesus is risen! (Tweet that!)

"But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. But each in turn: Christ, the firstfruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him" (1 Corinthians 15:20-23,NIV 2011). (Tweet that!)

Do you belong to him? If not, or if you're not sure, why not make that happen today? To do so, simply tell Jesus--either out loud or in silent prayer. He can hear you--that you trust that he paid for all your sins, that you will follow him and obey his ways, and you want him to be your Savior forever more.

Then record this important decision and event somewhere, like the inside cover of your Bible.

If you have done this, then you belong to him and will be part of the harvest of souls to heaven when he comes! (Tweet that!)

✟   Jesus was raised from the grave on First Fruits, and so He fulfills the Feast of Firstfruits as the first fruit of the great and coming harvest of souls. (Tweet that!)

Here's another interesting thought:

Jesus raised from the dead "very early the morning" of the third day. We do not know exactly what the time was.

On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus, (Luke 24:1-3.)

Peter tells us, in 2 Peter 3:8:

But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. 

See also Psalm 90:4.

We are currently in the year 2014. We are now living in the third millennium since Jesus walked the earth. So if a day is like a thousand years and a thousand years like a day, we are now living in the very early morning of the third day. (Tweet that!)

Jesus is coming again. He will come again to fulfill all the prophecies of his second coming.

Don't be surprised if he comes very early during this millennium day.
