Christmas Advent Day 12: What Does It Mean that Joseph and Mary "Presented" Jesus to the LORD? (Video Post)

In Luke 2:22-23 the Bible tells us:

22 When the time came for the purification rites required by the Law of Moses, Joseph and Mary took him to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord 23 (as it is written in the Law of the Lord, "Every firstborn male is to be consecrated to the Lord"). 

Sometimes I think when we read unfamiliar ideas in the Bible we just kind of read over them without much thought because we don't know what they mean or we don't know if they are important or why they are important. I think this is one of those pieces of information. (Tweet that!)
