In my previous post I shared comments from Jonathan Cahn, Messianic Rabbi and author of The Mystery of the Shemitah, following up after last month's Shemitah on Sunday, September 13th. These quotes came in an article at CharismaNews.com.
Today, I'd like to share a recent video with Jonathan Cahn as he gives an answer to those who are wondering why "nothing" happening on the Shemitah September 13, 2015. (Tweet that!) He has an important message to share.
I felt his video contains important answers as well as interesting information. So I hope you'll take just over 10 minutes to hear what he has to say. (Tweet that!)
This video was posted to Youtube by a user called "The Cutting Edge 2." I'm a bit surprised I couldn't find it on Jonathan Cahn's official Youtube channel and I wonder why he wouldn't have it on his own page. Perhaps I'm not using the right search terms and simply didn't find it.
In any case, I hope this video will continue to be available for you to view:
"JONATHAN CAHN - Shemitah UPDATE 1st October -2015"
Since the Shemitah on Elul 29 on the Jewish or Biblical calendar took place, which corresponds to Sunday September 13th on our calendar, I've been waiting to hear some commentary from what did -- or did not -- happen. (Tweet that!)
I recently found two items from Jonathan Cahn, author of The Mystery of the Shemitah. One is this article linked below.
The second is a video which I will share in the next post.
Personally I think there was a lot going on in the world connected to the Shemitah -- it just wasn't in the headlines saying anything like, "Stock Market Crashes on the Shemitah"! (Tweet that!) But there were headlines nonetheless, and as the results and realities become visible, I'll share them as I find reputable commentary.
There's been a lot of talk about the Shemitah. Some say nothing happened, yet $11 trillion in global stock market wealth was wiped out during the third quarter of 2015.
The magazine talked to expert on the Shemitah, Jonathan Cahn, to follow up on the Shemitah:
Cahn says. "As the Shemitah began approaching its last phase in the summer of 2015, the markets of the world began collapsing. In a short space of time, the Shemitah wiped away a stunning 40 percent of the Chinese stock market. Toward the end of August came "Black Monday" and stock market collapses all over the world. In two days, Wall Street had collapsed 888 points."
It's the day before the final "Blood Moon." Can you believe it? Like many of you, I have been watching these total lunar eclipses take place for a year and half now. (Tweet that!))
I actually learned about this series of four total lunar eclipses occurring on the first and the last of the 7 Feasts of the LORD two years in a row way back in 2008. So for the final one to be coming tomorrow evening is pretty spectacular to me. (Tweet that!)
Several months ago I wrote my thoughts about what life would be like after this 4th "Blood Moon." I posted that article on Thursday,
February 5, 2015, and you can read it here:
Before the last total lunar eclipse, which occurred on Passover last spring, I shared some tips I learned about viewing these eclipses. You can read my Thursday,
April 2, 2015, here:
I'm looking forward to it! Can't wait! See you then.
Special note:
I have to take an unexpected business trip this weekend so I won't be home. This means I won't be able to be as active on the Facebook event as I had hoped to be. I was, however, able to schedule my return trip for Sunday afternoon, so barring any unforeseen circumstances, I will be home to view this final Blood Moon with my family from my own porch … which pleases me to no end! So I will do my best to be active on the Facebook Event during the eclipse Sunday evening.
If you haven't yet joined my Facebook Event for the 4th and final Blood Moon of this tetrad, you can do so here: (Tweet that!)

Continuing our look back at what we've learned about this tetrad, or series of four total lunar eclipses without any partial eclipses in between, here are two more articles. (Tweet that!)
In the Monday, April 14, 2014, article we discovered what happened concerning Israel in the years when this same pattern of four total lunar eclipses on the first and last annual Feast of the LORD occurred:
In the Thursday,
April 10, 2014, article we studied how the Jewish calendar works because that works into the 7 Feasts of the LORD as well as these four total lunar eclipses or "Blood Moons":

Some people think the moon turning red to fulfill the Bible prophecies of "Blood Moons" requires God to do something supernatural to create that red moon. I don't think so. (Tweet that!)
I don't see any reason why the "Blood Moons" in prophesy can't be naturally occurring red moons. (Tweet that!) All that would take is foreknowledge of when the prophecies would be fulfilled on the earth and perfect timing to make the naturally occurring red moons appear at the right time. Both of which the God of creation and eternity is perfectly capable of. (Tweet that!)
So that brings the question: What in nature can cause the moon to turn red? (Tweet that!) We explored those four naturally occurring reasons in this Saturday,

Here's an article about the scripture verses in the Bible where Jesus (and others) predicted the sun would be dark and moon would not give its light before Jesus comes again:

As we look forward to the fourth "Blood Moon," which will be
the final "Blood Moon" in this tetrad, I'm thinking I've already written about
pretty much all I know to write about these lunar eclipses. However it has been
a while since we've talked about them, and many other readers
have joined us, so in the remaining posts before this Sunday, September 27th, total lunar eclipse, let's review what we've learned
during the previous three total lunar eclipses. (Tweet that!)
Posts here to the next total lunar eclipse taking place in just over a week will link to some great information on previous posts.
Today's featured posts date from before the first Blood Moon.
This article talks about and gives many verses in the Bible where the Blood Moons are prophesied to occur. (Tweet that!) That's the whole interesting discussion about this series of four total lunar eclipses on the #1 and #7 annual Feasts of the LORD two years in a row. Are these the prophesied "Blood Moons"? (Tweet that!) Learn what the Bible says and where it says it in this post from Wednesday,
April 9, 2014: (Tweet that!)
Of course related to that is the prophecies within those 7 Feasts of the LORD. What are those? This article from Friday,
April 11, 2014, talks about that:
I hope you enjoy those articles about these four Blood Moons and where the Bible talks about the Blood Moons that will arrive before Jesus comes. On Tuesday we'll learn more so please come back and bring a friend!

A friend shared with me this list of 33 things that will
happen in September 2015 compiled by blogger Michael Snyder.
It includes many events we've been talking about here on the
blog, including the Shemitah day (on September 13th, next Sunday),
the partial solar eclipse on that day (next Sunday), and the fourth and final
(of the current tetrad of four) total lunar eclipses on major Jewish holy days.
But this list also includes a bunch of other events. Some of
these events I was aware of such as the Pope's visit to the United States. Some
I was vaguely aware of – I heard something about a large meteor headed our way?
Others are new to me, such as the agenda of the United Nations and something
about the Hadron Collider? (Tweet that!)
Anyway, I thought you'd find this article interesting so I'm
sharing it. (Tweet that!) But let me warn you…this blog has far more scary overtones than I
try to have here. I try to let you know the facts and encourage your faith in
Jesus to carry us through whatever is coming. I hope to build in you triumphant
faith, trusting Jesus to hold us in the palm of His hand. (Tweet that!) This blog I'm sharing
is much more dooms-day-ish. After all, the blog is called "End of the American
Dream."
So please check it out for the information it provides, but do not let your hearts be troubled.
